Guest guest
I don't remember my ears hurting but I did have ringing in my ears sometimes. I don't know if that had anything to do with my thyca. Also, regarding the voice thing. After surgery my voice got very low. I could sing lower than my husband which was very disturbing to me and I had more than one person on the phone ask if I was trying to be seductive or something...that made me giggle. Within a week of getting on thyroid hormone my voice was pretty close to normal though it was still a stretch to sing. It has been six months since surgery and I don't have any problems at all. Guest guest
Hi, over the past couple of years, I have lost weight with diet and exercize. I recently became frustrated with dieting as a means to maintain my current weight. I am tired of having to think so much about food. So, I read " Intuitive Eating: A revolutionary program that works " in despration. The concepts in this book really give me hope that eventually I can " make peace with food " . I'm definitely struggling to learn the concepts of intuitive eating. Because I have been pretty successful with " dieting " , it is hard to let go and not fall back into the diet mentality. I hope that this forum will help me in my journey to learn inuitive eating. Thanks for letting me join this group! Amy
