Manipur: Drop-in-centre for PLHA to a Gymnasuim

Dear Sir

It is very unique that in the state of Manipur, the MACS has given a

Drop-in-centre for PLHA to a Gymnasuim called Dynamic Gym under the Imphal West

district. Enything and everything can happen in Manpur.

If I had a registration under the society registration act then can I get a

project from State AIDS Control Society whether it is a an organisation for

embroidery, rearing chicken.

As a PLHA I would like to know from the authority of the AIDS control

Organisation that how far it will be effective like running a Drop-in-Centre

for PLHA by a Gym. Could a Gym can mobilise PLHAs and Is the criteria fulfilled

for running a DIC for PLHA? I think the AIDS Control authority should look after

this issue. Please don't use PLHA as a tool for earning money.
