Here a bunch of salad dressings you can try.

" honey " Mustard Dressing

1 1/4 cups mayonnaise

3/4 cup spicy mustard -- brown

1/3 cup Splenda, granular

1 teaspoon salt

4 teaspoons prepared horseradish -- (4 to 5) to taste

NOTES : I modified a recipe from Dana Carpenter's book, and came

up with my

favorite salad dressing ever:

I usually only make 1/2 the recipe at a time. I like mine

spicier, so I tend to go a little

heavier on the mustard, and lighter on the splenda than I

described above

(but it wouldn't break down to exact measurements, so I

left it as is).

Atkin's Creamy Celery-Seed Dressing

Atkin's Low Carb Dressing of the House

Put all ingredients in food processor and blend. Pour into salad cruet.

Blue Cheese and Walnut Salad With Maple Dressing

1 10 ounce package spinach leaves -- baby

1/3 pound blue cheese -- crumbled

1 6 ounce can walnuts -- halves; toasted

1/4 cup Davinci sugarfree maple syrup -- warmed (sub for

maple syrup)

1 1/2 tablespoons cider vinegar

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

salt and pepper

Place spinach on a large platter. Top with blue cheese and walnuts. Warm

maple syrup in a small saucepan. Pour vinegar into a small bowl. Whisk oil

into vinegar in a slow stream. Whisk maple syrup into dressing in a slow

stream. Pour dressing down over the salad platter and serve. Season with

salt and pepper, to your taste.

1 cup sour cream

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 teaspoons minced garlic

1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

Freshly-ground black pepper -- to taste

Mix all the ingredients. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for up to one

week. Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
