Guest guest
Hello Everyone , First I hope everyone is having a painfree day , hello to the New Comers and Prayers to the One's soon having Surgery. Now to the question.... My meds were recently changed and I am now on Baclofen. about 2 weeks now It is helping some with the spasms, and I was told full benefits will possible take 2-3 months . Problem is I have gained almost 12 lbs in 2 weeks .. Help!!!!! I feel like I am going to blow-up soon. stomach is bloated bad.... and can feel water weight everywhere. I have resorted to OTC diuretic's and laxatives. Not much help that is for sure..... I have always been constipated most of my life. I now toss that to the FM and possible ACM 1 also. I am not sure if the muscles needed to relieve myself both ways are working properly due to my muscle weakness. I have been feeling spasms internally lately in that area also .. I would think I was pregnant LOL , if I hadnt had a tubaligation 10 yrs ago. Im Stumped....!!!!!! Has anyone taken baclofen and had this similiar weight gaining problem with it ? I told my PT about it , and she says I should make a appt. Unfortunately my PCP is on vacation now, and I hate to go explain the whole situation to another doc. if you can advise me otherwise.
