They do have metro bus service in my " small " city and taxi cabs. I've made some friends in my building who I hitch rides to the grocery store with. They also take me to other places sometimes. Places where there is no bus service, usually. I'm also thinking about taking the bus to my NF doctor appointments in Massachusetts. I live in Maine and they have bus service to Logan Airport in Boston. Then I can catch a ride on the shuttle into Boston (or I can be extra brave and take the subway from the airport!) Hmmmm...... A friend and I went from Quincy Market to Northeastern University to see an art show by Deaf artists. That was 2 weeks ago.
