In Ellebogens paper is the stuff about adhesions, the side note was something about a small child with bad adhesions, I don't think they were able to divide properly something about PICA, do you know what PICA is? Cranial cervical Junction is CCJ. The stuff about the differences with an elongated vrs shortened flow was in the article Cerebospinal fluid flow dynamics study in Chiari 1 Malformations.
