Guest guest
Hello colleagues! I'd like some feedback on your experiences with kinesiology and " muscle testing " for food sensitivities. I've encountered a number of clients recently who have cut out multiple foods from their diet due to it causing vague symptoms like " it weakens my kidneys " or " it makes me short of breath " . They tend to swear by these providers' advice, and are often reluctant to add foods back in. I work mainly with eating disorders so variety is particularly even more important. The research I've done online is mixed and mainly controversial - practitioners swear by it, most call it quackery and unsubstantiated. Has anyone found actual evidence for its use or benefit? I want to provide my clients with the most valid information possible. Thanks in advance! Janelle Fuchs, RD LD CLT The Program Minneapolis, MN janellef@...
