The actual list of ingredients is being kept under lock and key

pending a patent on it, according to some. It is a combination of

amino acids that are designed to kick start the metallothionein

production in all four receptors-- including those in the brain.

It had NAC in it previously, but according to my son's doctor, who

just spent three days with Dr. WAlsh last week, the new version will

not have the NAC in it.

It is in a capsule form....

Hmmm, I wonder about this for maintenence then. After the kids are

done detoxing of course. Then avoiding any further insults to their

systems.

That's one of the questions that is still unknown-- but no one knows

if our kids would have to keep chelating forever either, ya know?

Once we get the metals out, how do we know that they won't build back

up from environmental exposure? That's one reason I like the

Promoter/primer so much. Even if they do have to take it to maintain

detoxification, it is less stressful on the liver.

As for keeping up with how it is excreted, well that's the hard part.

It comes out in small amounts continuously via stool, urine, and

sweat, just like all of ours do. So it's not going to be easy to

test. But the doctors are working on that now- trying to come up with

a good way to monitor the amounts. But apparently from behavior and

lessening of autistic symptoms, they know the metals are coming out.

And as of now, they are using hair tests for general amounts that are

left and /or excreted.

Hope this helps!

Hi . We took our 2.11 year old son to Pfeiffer 2 months ago and

he will start the promoter in approximately five weeks. We have to

do vitamin loading prior to applying the promoter. It is just one

compounded pill (there are several ingredients)started on the weekend

FRI. SAT. SUN. one capsule in morning. This is for one month and

then you call and speak to a nurse and depending on your results and

observations they will adjust your dosing. The ingredients have been

posted on this list and since it's lenghty I'll let you search with

the archive # 43429. These ingredients are correct because we just

received our shipment yesterday and the enclosed paper verifies

this. Hope this helps some. You can e-mail me privately anytime.

can you say more about the liver issue, here? how is it less stressful?

do you mean " less stressful than DMSA " ? Or less stressful in terms

of the metals? or something else?? If you know more, any info

you could add would be great.

I think many are interested to learn more about this MT promoter.

I really don't understand that about the hair tests. I've read similar

stuff regarding other products-- that people do HAIR tests to see the

effect. I can see where MAYBE MAYBE this might show increase in

mercury (in hair) which would tend to mean detox-- but it all seems

very iffy to me. And I don't see using a hair test to show how

much is left in the body at all in any way I can understand.

Except maybe looking for normal mineral transport?

Do you know how they are using this?

Thanks for your posts about this. I think it may take some time for

more info to be available, but there is lots of interest.

best wishes,

Moria
