Do you journal?

Just wondering how many others, here, journal their journey? Do you

keep track of your food eaten? Your feelings about IE?

I'd like to journal more... I've kept a Food Log before, but never

really put in my feelings as they relate to IE or food. I think that,

doing that, I might " get " this a bit better. I think that's where my

hinderance lies... in not listening to my EMOTIONAL reasons for

overeating / eating out of boredom or stress or whatever.

I'm also considering starting an IE_Journalers group.... ;o)
