Wow....lets see if I can help campizar is Camptosar,

axile platinum COULD BE oxaliplatin...

5-FU leucovorin aka 5-FU/LDLF (fluorouracil (5-FU) leucovorin calcium)....

*trimethatrexate s/b trimetrexate.
