We have just developed a new recipe database that is very good in respect to

being high in fiber and low in fat and sodium - also searchable by

nutrients. You can plan a menu with it - and there is a free 7 day trial:

Let me know if you would like to preview the menu planner - it is a feature

that will be hooked to our recipe search. The great thing is that you can

see the calories, nutrients, etc and take things out and put them in.
