Hi, Bev (and everyone)! Long time, no see. Bev, I cried when I read

your statement. I can't WAIT to feel younger than 100. At first the

T3 I was taking seemed to work, and I do have days when my

temperature is around normal, but I still feel ALL the time like I

have to force myself to do something, talk myself into believing I

don't feel as bad as I know I do. Stress has been unbelievable

lately, and money...I wont even go there, so I got last months T3

prescription, but this month there wont be any. No way around it

either. I already feel pretty bad these days, but I'm really scared

about crashing again. What I'd love?? To feel like you, Bev., and

I'm SO happy for you that you feel so wonderful!!!

A cousin by marriage to my fiance was hypo, but her TSH was high

enough for her to get meds, etc. immediately. She gained a little

weight, but not much, and now she's so bubbly and hyper that she

nearly annoys people. And THIN! Wow. But it's her energy I envy.

And sure, she's 10 years younger than I am, but I'm 42, not 92!

But while my temperature goes up and down and up and down (97.3 at

the moment)...I can't convince my doc (long distance doc, for those

who don't know or remember my situation) to change or up my meds. He

wont do anything more until I get labs...which I can't afford. I've

gained even MORE weight, probably 25lbs in the last 2mos, but that's

stress, depression, and being WAY WAY too fatigued to exercise. I'm

getting huge and am developing other really odd symptoms that I can't

explain, like this hissing/ringing in my ears. It sounds like I've

either got water in my ears, or maybe like what it sounds like to

stick your fingers in your ears. I can't hear very well at all and

loud noises makes the " roaring " in my ears even worse. I do have to

blow my nose more, etc. during the allergy seasons, but my sinuses

aren't bothering me.

Well, I honestly didn't mean to rant, Bev. I guess a lot of emotions

about what's going on and how awful I feel these days just came

flooding out with the tears. I'm hoping when things get better for

us that I can finally find a doctor who will listen, or maybe at

least try Armour. Hey, it can't be any more unstable than this T3

I'm taking!

Anyway, thanks for the inspiration, Bev.
