I made the Ricotta Creme dessert with a whole teaspoon of instant espresso and a capful of almond extract added to the basic recipe - yummy. It was an acceptable substitute for coffee ice cream - which is one of my favorites. Now if I could only find a substitute for Ben & Jerry's Coffee-Toffee crunch and Edy's Dreamery Tiramisu - I'd be a very happy camper indeed! <g> Kath ...
