Yup. I'm in North Bend, just above Coos Bay.

Hi Ann.....glad to see someone answered my post!!! LOL Thanks....nothing worse then introducing yourself....and no one bothers to say HOWDY....LOL

I know where Coos Bay and North Bend are.......but I am in Central Oregon!!!! I was sure hoping to find someone near to me. But, knowing another Oregonian is here is so cool!!!!

I am doing pretty good on the WOE plan so far......and have found it so helpful that I don't have to measure and all that stuff. Since I love veggies....it's right up my alley. I am not overly fond of meat.....but love chicken.

I am going to Bend on Saturday.....a 150 mile round trip......to get groceries.....so have my list prepared and a menu made out for the next two weeks.

I have to say that breakfast is my biggest problem...as before....I always had maybe a half of a banana and a piece of toast. Now, I am doing eggs and cottage cheese.........but I can't have them every day.......and no fruit....so what all do you guys do for breakfast????

Lunch and dinners are a snap!!

Last night's leftovers, if there is any. Sometimes if there is leftover

sauce or gravy I'll make a simple omlette and pour the heated sauce or gravy

over it for a change of pace. And sliced tomatoes instead of sliced fruit.

Yogurt with vanilla and Splenda is a quick, smooth breakfast. Stir in some

Uncle Sam's cereal for crunch.
