Guest guest Posted April 4, 2004 Report Share Posted April 4, 2004 Well, my husband has been begging me for several weeks to make lasagna. I told him I needed to wait until Phase 2. So, last night, I made my lasagna, but in a south beach friendly manner. And, my *very picky* husband LOVED it! He did not miss the enriched noodles and full fat ricotta! He brought the pan with him to work at the fire station, and said he knew the guys would *love* it. So, if I can get a firehouse to eat more nutritious lasagna... I have accomplished something!
