Hi Rose,

I buy unsweetened coconut at our local

back to basics store. Health food store will also carry this product.

Where on earth can I find " unsweetened "

coconut? It was listed in a

recipe for cheesecake that was on this board, and

I think it's for

the crust. but....I can't find it

anywhere....all they have is the

sweetened kind. Anyone have any

ideas? thank you for your help!!
