This article should help. What some of the data is starting to show is

butter increases Large LDL particle size and decreases small LDL particle

size which is the pattern you would like to see. This will also demonstrate

how Red Meat is not at harmful on the heart as once believed and white

flour/simple sugars do more damage to our arteries than certain foods with

Sat Fat.
