Guest guest
Realy? Seems they would come from skin stretching, not getting smaller. Hmm...can't win for loosing. (oops, almost got back inot the '...' thing didn't I?) Which thing is it? That watery citris stuff? And does it do anything for the rumply stuff under the surface or is it like a vanishing cream/spot fading thing? > > My avon lady brought me a 2 week sample of this new (expencive) > face > > stuff. > > WOW. Guest guest
Well - I do have that and stopped using it because I couldn't tell if it was working or not. I did work for you hu? But this new stuff that is doing wonders for my face is called ANEW Ultimate Transforming Cream. > this thing you have is that the cellulite control gel. it worked on > my butt and my thighs, but not my stomach. but really i always > forgot to use it. lol > > > Ang > > > > Avon does make something specifically for those stretch marks. Guest guest
I realy can't see how skin can get stretchmarks from loosing wieght. I think it just looks like it because the fat layer is shrinking and changing the shape of the skin, thus the markings on it. My husband (lost over 200 pounds in a year) had alot of stretchmarks that have fadded to nothing, but he still has some hangy skin in his belly and thighs from such a fast loss with not enough protien. Protie gives skin the elasticity it needs to go back into place. Aslo, vitamin E oil is the best thing (so my surgon told me). Guest guest
Tammy, Depends on the person and how fast you lose and your skins elasticity. That's why lot's of antioxidants are good. They help with the elasticity and lots of water too. I have been told it will shrink, eventually, just takes time. Even after losing 84 I am surprised that I actually don't have much lose skin. I have been losing slow though. Well not at all for awhile. Guess the skin had time to catch up. :-) Gena On Wednesday, October 30, 2002, at 10:08 PM, krypto_babe wrote: > --- > hi. if the skin does have stretch marks and we have loose skin after > we lose our weight will our bodies be flabby even if we lift weights > and do cardio. i was just wondering. i have about 40 more pounds to > lose i have lost 75 so far. thanks for answering > tammy > > > > > > > > > > > In weightlossbuddies2@y..., " " <amvdhrjr@n...> wrote: >> Realy? Guest guest
i feel the same way, but i wouldn't have it everywhere, just my stomach and some from my butt. but that's it, i don't want implants, i just want to lose the body part that bugs me. they don't even have to get it all perfect, i just want to be able to get so far and work for the rest if it were that easy for me. which is odd because most people would want the whoel thing done, not me i want to get some the easy way and then work off the rest and maintain. > LOL... > There are times I wish I could just go to a plastic surgon and go > have everything sucked free of fat - cut off, tied up, lifted - just > plain de-aged! > Then if I realy had the money to do it - I'd be afraid to. > >
