Sue, good is home! What is psuedo, I know the word means false but I

don't understand what it means in referance to the trache. S.

Hi ,

I'm sorry, I should have spelled it out. :) I was talking about

psuedomonas. It's a nasty bacteria that everyone has, but I guess kids with

trachs are quite suceptable (I can't spell tonight!) to it colonizing and/or

it overloading the trachea causing tracheitis or other trach infections. It

loves moist places and is a real hard thing to get rid of. That's my best

understanding of it. :))
