A lot can happen, and in reality, none of us have a prognosis - mito or not.

Dear Ken, You had my hopes up so high by your subject line!!!! Take the

right antacid, and the prognosis will improve!!! ;) Staci and I are both

on the Prevacid, that works like Prilosec, but has smaller granules that go

through the cath-tip syringe and bolus ext. tube for her Mic-Key button.

Actually, we went to Abilities Expo today, and bought Staci a real sign of

progress:

A Rifton Blue Wave Potty Chair, like they use at Kindergarden!! And the

Magic Bullet Suppositories to bring about the Poopies that she'll do into the

Blue Wave!! Our Nurse reported that she had a real gusher of a second

poop--through the legs of the diaper and over the chux underpad. We're going

to get a talking device, their show special of $899 is good to July. Will

post in a few days re: what else was at Abil. Expo...or look at

www.abilitiesexpo.com

Take care, and God Bless each and every one!

Love, Kate Echert, Long Beach, CA

Strange how this actually has an encouraging sound to it. (Grin.)

, You hit it on the head, why would this sound encouraging to us, that

is so strange, yet it hit me the same way, almost like a deep relieved sigh

feeling! S.
