Guest guest
Check with consumer lab before recommending milk thistle..... most of the products failed because they didn't contain stated amounts of silymarin. I think 6 of 8 products tested failed. Guest guest
I don't know about Nature's Way, it wasn't tested by CL. I just looked at the list again. Jarrow was the only one that passed. Guest guest
this was just mentioned in the AJC column yesterday. Dr. H supports use of milk thistle and states there are no major adverse effects when using in conjunction w/ long term healthyl weight loss and regular exercise. Make sure liver enzymes, alcohol consumption are checked. Overall, limit carbs that readily convert to sugars is best advice. question substance intake w/lean weight.... > > Check with consumer lab before recommending milk thistle..... most of the products failed because they didn't contain stated amounts of silymarin. Guest guest
, I was researching BPA all last week. Levels are 60% higher in women with PCOS and it is associated with fatty liver, even in lean women. Monika M.
