Check with consumer lab before recommending milk thistle..... most of the

products failed because they didn't contain stated amounts of silymarin.   I

think 6 of 8 products tested failed.

I don't know about Nature's Way, it wasn't tested by CL.   I just looked at the

list again.  Jarrow was the only one that passed.

Only PCOS - on metformin recently. She has always been lean and a healthy

eating. Reason for nutrition services is infertility.

this was just mentioned in the AJC column yesterday. Dr. H supports use of milk

thistle and states there are no major adverse effects when using in conjunction

w/ long term healthyl weight loss and regular exercise. Make sure liver enzymes,

alcohol consumption are checked. Overall, limit carbs that readily convert to

sugars is best advice. question substance intake w/lean weight....

What are her symptoms of PCOS?

Alopecia, infertility, amenorrhea can also be symptoms of celiac disease.

NAFLD and other liver diseases are associated with celiac disease.
