Guest guest
1st I want to say thank you to all of you for your support over the past week. It was very hard for me loosing my grandma, we were very close. I really appreciated having friends to turn to. I do have some good, but unexpected news....I'm pregnant!!!! I have been very tired the past few days and 3 days late, but just chalked it up to the stress of the past week. We were at the grocery store today and as I walked down that isle I just had a feeling that I should get a test *just to be sure*. When we got home I took it and it came back positive. My doc is away until 4/13 so I can't see him to get it confirmed until after then, but I have never taken a home pg test that came out wrong (+ or -). I plan on continuing to eat following the SBD b/c it is much healthier than how I ate with my previous 2 pregnancies. I am hoping to still be around the same weight as right now (199 lbs) at the end of the nine months. I was 192 at 9 months with both my kids. As long as the doc is ok with this I figure I can still *lose* while *gaining*! Make any sense? ~ Mom to & igh ~http://www.youravon.com/kmagurno/ (passcode: kmagurno)Ind. Guest guest
CONGRATULATIONS!!!! I'm so happy for you and hope that you will continue to eat well on SB while you are pregnant. Just make sure to take those good prenatal vitamins with the diet in case you're missing anything. I lost 20 pounds from the get go of my pregnancy (until I started craving anything and everything!) and my baby was perfectly healthy. You should be fine and still on the road to healthy weight loss at the end of your pregnancy! Congratulations again! Guest guest
Oh -- that is wonderful news. Guess what -- when my Grandma died I was just pregnant with my daughter! I always thought she was a little gift from God to help my heart heal over losing my grandma -- one of my best friends. I'll bet you just got a little gift as well. Guest guest
I'm on Phase 1. Today's my 9th day. I found Lite 85 Which is made by Blue Bunny. The Vanilla Creme has 0 fat, 0 saturated fate less than 6 mg of Cholesterol and has 13 g of Carbs. and only 80 calories. all this for a 6 oz serving. I looked it up in the SBD guide and it has less of everything than nonfat sugar free plain 8 oz. I'm sure it's all right to all right to have the serving of 6 oz in any phase. Terri B. Guest guest
What is Lite 85? I’ve never heard of that or of Blue Bunny. ~Lori From: Terri Babcock Sent: Tuesday, April 06, 2004 7:27 PM To: South-Beach-Diet-Getting-It-Right ; SouthBeach100Plus Subject: Re: good news I'm on Phase 1. Guest guest
It's a yogurt that I found here in Kingman Arizona. I figured it out yesterday and this package if it were an 8 oz serving it would have the same carbs and sugars and such as the 8 oz serving in the SBD guide for non fat sugar free plain yogurt that is good. It's a 6 oz serving, even better. I'm not sure if Blue Bunny is a nation wide company or if it's only on the west coast but Blue Bunny is a company that makes alot of Ice Creams, Yogurts, Fat free Sugar Free Ice Treats and the like. I ate my Vanilla Creme Yesterday and it was wonderful. Terri B. Lori wrote: > What is Lite 85?
