Guest guest
--- Hi Lynn First...thans for your reply about childbirth. I've heard of doing the perinial massage a few weeks before you are due to get the area " softened " up. I was given Nitro by Dr. Bermann, UCLA. I only tried it once and it burned soo much that I never gave it another chance. I had so much burning and pain at that point, I never pursued it! It is so good to hear from you. ARe you doing any better? I have only had a few bad days during my pregnancy..so I can't complain. Take care!!!
