Today I start Phase 2. I was on Phase 1 for 17 days, only because I was too lazy to get to the grocery store. :)

In those 17 days, I lost a grand total of 16.5 pounds, and at least 2 inches off my waistline. I have not measured, but my pants are gaping like crazy. My butt still holds them up, though. *SMILE*

I will start *slowly* into Phase 2, and if I see too much of a plateau, I might do Phase 1 again for a little while. I actually did not find Phase 1 to be all that painful, once I adjusted.

The food I learned to love the most? Well, 2 of them... natural peanut butter, and grape tomatoes. (not together of course!) I can't wait to have an apple, and some grapes! I am actually looking forward to the fruit more than the WW bread and such, actually.

I am off to Walmart Supercenter to stock up!
