One of the first things I noticed was that my butt " lifted " . This happened before much of the fat went away. It looked better a nice round butt looks better than a butt sagging 1/2 way down to your knees. So, even though you can't spot reduce, you can improve the firmness and appearance of body parts. The boobs look slightly perkier because my pecs are bigger. (And on me, well, the boobs aren't very large in proportion to the pecs.). I suspect there is limit to how much improving your pecs can help make large saggy boobs look perky! The pecs won't come wrap around the outside of the boobs! Still, it can't hurt to develop the pecs! Developing the glutes really helps with the butt. Let me tell you. (I took nude pictures, so I can't post those on the web....) I do a series of 5-7 arm, chest exercises that my physical therapist taught me back when I had shoulder surgery 2 1/2 years ago. They are pretty good.
