Guest guest
We have eaten all the flavors of the Frito Lay stacks without any reactions. All five of us are Celiac in our house and all are sensitive. We also do not react to the Frito Lay Natural flavors but they seem to be getting harder to find and are pricey for the little amount in the bag. We had a bad reaction to Nacho Cheese Dorito's (The ones in the blue bag) and none of us will take that chance again. Guest guest
Nacho Cheese Dorito's contain wheat, the others don't (ie, the Cool Ranch, etc....) which would explain your reaction. -----Original Message-----From: Cari Dorsey Sent: Tuesday, August 24, 2004 10:32 PMTo: SillyYaks Subject: Re: Frito Lay Products We have eaten all the flavors of the Frito Lay stacks without any reactions. Guest guest
Thanks so much for all the responses to the pringles/chips question. I really appreciate it. I had also bought Dorito Nacho Cheese and it does say right on my package it contains wheat and milk products - vs the cheetos that say it contains milk products. Thanks again to all of you. Guest guest
I meant the Cool Ranch (Blue Bag). It's been so long since I've had them, I was confused :-( We reacted from the Cool Ranch Doritos. Guest guest
Cool Ranch Doritos do contain dairy, so that can cause a reaction for Celiacs who are also sensitive to milk. My kids and I are gluten and dairy free, so the only Doritos we have had are the Toasted Corn (plain chips) and the Salsa Verde, no reactions to either. My kids also eat the plain Lays potato chips and Fritos corn chips in the single serving packs in their lunch boxes, no reactions there either. God bless, nn Cari Dorsey wrote: Message I meant the Cool Ranch (Blue Bag). It's been so long since I've had them, I was confused :-( We reacted from the Cool Ranch Doritos.
