Guest guest
1. I believe, as do several of the Dr.s we have seen that we probably have one mito defect coming from my mother's side and another coming from my father's. Family members seem to fit into 2 distinct categories with a number of variations of course. For instance as I have stated before B12 either really helps us or makes us worse as does the lipoic. We were told by a biochemist we have a rate limiting factor as yet unknown for some members. 2. There are as of yet many unknown mitochondrial defects and many things unknown about the defects known about. 3. I know that many of the nutrients that help us or others we have a metabolic block in have to do with the PDH complex. 4. I am not God nor claim to know it all, I also have little time to study this all anymore, I am going by my previous 20 yrs of research and what I can remember of what I did study and what has affected us in various ways & the thoughts of several Dr.s along the way.
