Guest guest
I know you're supposed to drink lots of water when you're on SB, but it seems like I'm thirsty more than usual, and it started when I started the diet. I probably have 4 bottles of water a day - you know, the same size bottles you'd grab at the gas station. LOL, I'm up for a new job and I have to take a drug test and they're probably going to tell me my sample's bad! Sharon
Guest guest
HI Sharon, I have been drinking an average of at least 64 ounces of water each day for several years now. It came as a surprise to me to find myself being thirsty most of the time. Hope your new jobs works out well. Guest guest
I think I read somewhere that protein is a natural diuretic. If so, it would make sense that our bodies are asking for more water when we increase the protein intake.
