The way I understand it is the actual worms are just little eggs that grow after

you drink them. Little did my g/mother know when she used to cleanse our

systems in Puerto Rico making us drink awful tasting stuff that caused diarrhea

to make sure we didn't have worms (being kids in PR and playing with dirt all

the time, usually a few of us did).
