Hi Jenn,

I'm glad you like that, it really is true! But, the cool thing is that

once you are in touch with your body and can feel hunger and fullness,

when you do eat past a 6 or 7, typically you will eat less the rest of

the day or the next day because your body will compensate for the

overeating. It always surprises me when this happens, but it's

great!
