Guest guest
Hi Everyone, Well, my trip to Chicago and appt. with Dr. Frim were nothing like poor Melinda's. Melinda--I am sooo sorry that it happened that way, but if it makes you feel better we were in his office for 3 hours ourselves. We have scheduled my operation for June 5th. I learned many interesting things that day. I had never had a test where they take an ice pick looking thing and bang it on my neck. Dr. Frim also commented on my eyes as well as my reflexes. Two more things Dr.'s have never mentioned to me before. I have to sit through one more MRI. Dr. Frim wants to make sure that I don't have a syrinx between T4-T12 (the only section of my spine that we don't have an MRI for). I am looking forward to feeling better. Dr. Frim would like me to loose some weight. Funny how that has been a topic here while I was gone. Any hints on how to do it???? I am a little nervous about surgery though. My hubby probably won't be able to be there the first few days. And then Dr. Frim wants me to spend some time in town before I go home. I don't want to be far from home when I am not feeling well. Well, I will stop rambling now. Talk at ya all later! Hugs, Ann Marie ACM I 15 mm hern. Surgery 6-5-
