Zina, you've got such a great doc!! Also, let us know how the B-12

goes. And that's neat that he likes the L-tyrosine. I am impressed

with it, as well, but haven't heard a doc's opinion.

Instead of increasing your protein, why not increase your good

carbs?? Sounds like you need those worse than the proteins right now.

I eat plenty of good carbs. I have tons of energy. I have a hard

time getting protein because I'm not a big meat eater. So, I've add

a protein shake (after I work out). I've added a serving cottage

cheese each day, which has casein (milk protein). I eat my plain

yogurt in the mornings. I do eat meat or fish everyday, so hopefully

all this will help. Oh, I eat some nuts too, though they are more

fat, but they do have some protein in them too. Thanks Janie! I

really like this guy too. I really like that he goes by how I'm

feeling. Its so different, ya know?! I really think the B-12 shot

is working wonders. I feel great! :)

Oh, OF COURSE!! It builds muscle, improves thyroid function,

strenghtens the immune system, combats cancer, increases one's sex

drive, straightens noses, wittles waists, improves eyesight, and

makes one more intelligent.
