Instead of increasing your protein, why not increase your good carbs?? Sounds like you need those worse than the proteins right now. Guest guest Posted October 22, 2003 Report Share Posted October 22, 2003 I eat plenty of good carbs. I have tons of energy. I have a hard time getting protein because I'm not a big meat eater. So, I've add a protein shake (after I work out). I've added a serving cottage cheese each day, which has casein (milk protein). I eat my plain yogurt in the mornings. I do eat meat or fish everyday, so hopefully all this will help. Oh, I eat some nuts too, though they are more fat, but they do have some protein in them too. Thanks Janie! I really like this guy too. I really like that he goes by how I'm feeling. Its so different, ya know?! I really think the B-12 shot is working wonders. I feel great!
