Guest guest
Rita- I am sorry about your BFN, those negative hpts and AF can really make for a foul day. My DH says that I am his sweet wonderful wife until O day, then I become obsessive and cranky during the 2ww and eventually become the wife from hell when AF shows up. Fortunately, he is tough and can handle it. :-) I am about where you are in the game, except we are in our 10th cycle ttc. So far all tests have come back normal. I am considering IUI to overcome CM issues, but not quite ready to take that step. Best of luck to you, keep us updated! UD, ttc#

I have not been that cranky for a long time until yesterday and all of sudden I got so moody and couldn't wait to take the HPT. I hope that I will not be as cranky in the next cycles but I'm pretty sure my hubby can handle that, too. He couldn't wait to start a family, too and encouraged me to get supplements and even an IUI. I'll make an appt with the Doc when my AF arrives and see what we can do next. I am 14 DPO now and I expect AF to arrive tomorrow or Fri. What day are you in your cycle now? Are you charting, too? Good luck to you, too! Rita TTC#

( I > haven't had any EWCM since Dec cycle, and only had 1 day then) , I have not actually recorded CM daily but it seems to be okay and I have seen EWCM several times. My CM is usually very moist near O day. The postcoital test also indicated that everything is fine with my CM. Have you taken this test? Are you taking meds? I took the progesterone test last Thurs at 7 DPO and it was 8.7. Hope it s high enough for implantation but I would still like prog. supplements. Your chart looks fine. Your last cycle indicates 11 DPO?? Good idea to repeat prog. test. How do u know u O'd on the right or left? u could feel it yourself? Sometimes I would feel a mild cramp and thought it might be ovulation but it s hard to tell! I am not familiar with your history..Have u ever conceived? I agree with u that we should try to rule out everything so we can get ahead in the games. Rita

Looks like a good chart to me - do you have CM issues like me? ( I haven't had any EWCM since Dec cycle, and only had 1 day then) I'm no expert - just obsessive. DH says that he has caught me taking my temp in the middle of the night (my digital therm. beeps)! I think I figured out how to get my chart up there.....here goes....http://www.FertilityFriend.com/home/10739/ I put my current chart (which is looking pretty good so far) and last month's, which was awful. I'm really worried about the irregularities in my cycle. Last three cycles have been 23, 26 and 28 days and with the exception of last month, O was 13-14 days from AF so I think that the Luteal Phase is okay. Thinking about having prog tested again this month just to make sure that I really am ovulating on both sides (last month was left side, this month is right side). Am I doing overkill? I have good biphasic shift and hate to waste money if its redunant; but on the flip side, I want to rule out everything I can. Thanks,

It must be so exciting to bring two children into the world all at once! Although I may have been ttc for only 4 months, I just wanted to be ahead in the game by ruling out everything. I did have a basic infertility workup with my OB-GYN. The postcoital test and progesterone test results were normal. My dh's SA is also normal. However, my cycles seem to be irregular and my luteal phase also seem to vary too widely according to my charts. I may not have charted properly because I have not really taken BBT at the exactly same time every morning (it s too difficult for me becuz I sometimes get up earlier when I have to go to the bathroom!) Yes, I have seen my RE last year for the removal of my septum and all that. He has recommended me to ttc for at least 6 months before seeing him again for infertility testing. However, I have followed FAM for the last 4 cycles but haven't succeeded. I had to wait to get pregnant for more than one year and I am kind of running out of patience! If I didn't have SU, then I would probably have started ttc in 2000 and wouldn't mind ttc for at least 6 months but SU caused me to delay ttc for over a year for the surgery and other procedures. (My OB GYN has told me not to get pregnant until I see an RE to get my SU fixed first.) That s my history and now I'm trying to get pregnant. Like Heike said, ttc is pretty stressful like it s a chore for me and my dh! LOL Good luck for your pregnancy and keep us posted on your progress!
