What about children taking daily supplements with lipoic acid? My son is 33lbs

and 5yo. Could he take 1 cartenoid complex a day?

Yes. Less than 5 mg for an adult is probably insignificant unless

they are unbelievably toxic. 1000 mcg = 1 mg.
