The above is NOT the DAN protocol (sorry for repeating myself!)

-- but now I'm curious where it IS from. Anyone know? I thought

it might be Mercola, and I just looked at his website and I think

it is NOT Mercola. In case anyone is interested he (Mercola) has

quite a bit of text WHICH APPEARS TO ME to be

specifically rebutting DAN's methods (although

it does not say " DAN " -- it says " There are a number of physicians

who have started to use DMSA to remove the mercury from children

with autism " )

I think Mercola is pretty wacky on a number of points BTW, in case

anyone is wondering--- this is not an endorsement, I'm reading out

of intellectual curiousity (or something like that).

He says the protocol he lists is by himself, Kane* and Mercola.

He goes on to say:

" We currently are planning hold a one day workshop at the American Academy of

Environmental Medicine to invite some of the top

clinicians in mercury detoxification to

further improve the program. Additionally, Wayne

Obie, of TalkInternational.com is

planning on facilitating an international

collaboration on a revised mercury

detoxification program. "

I don't know when this was written (it doesn't say as far as I can see).

Anyone heard of Obie's plans?

regards,

Moria

* regarding Kane: warning: although I have said Kane's name,

please do

not be alarmed. This is NOT an invitation to have a flame war.
