I lost 25 lbs when I started IE, while eating chocolate, ice cream, popcorn, etc. and while drinking Coca-Cola! So, it IS possible! Just keep those foods INSIDE of the hunger-fullness boundaries (eat ONLY when you're truly hungry, and stop when you feel satisfied, not stuffed... that's how it works!). PS... I also agree with the others in that, you're NOT limited to just " breakfast " foods -- I love having leftovers for breakfast every now and then .... oooo, and Donuts!
