Guest guest
Hi all, This is ENT. I am not sure if he is talking about a " press voice, " which the patient has to press to talk. Could someone help who has an ENT book or just knows what this is. PHYSICAL EXAMINATION: Examination shows ears are clear. Nose and nasopharynx are clear. Oral cavity and oropharynx are clear. Hypopharynx and larynx examination with a flexible laryngoscope shows the true vocal cords are mobile. There is good adduction. There is no mass or lesion. Neck has strap muscle spasm. IMPRESSION: Dysphonia and *press voice. There appears to be a functional component. Thank you, Lori : )
