Guest guest
Hi Jackie: You may consider supplementing yourself with lipotropics in each meal and see if that helps you. Sometimes people use the amino acid L-Carnitineat least 3grams a day and that helps. If you excercise change your routine. Walked 20 minutes then walk 25. You may look at what are youeating now that may be stalling you.

Guest guest
I have been stuck on a plateau for about a month. I keep going up and down between 143 and 145 no matter what I do (I am exercising as well as eating right). Any suggestions for jumpstarting the weight loss? I've only been on the SBD for about 2 1/2 months so I'm not ready to stop losing. I want to lose about 13 more pounds. Jackie I got this tip from somewhere online, where someone posted about the same problem while on the SBD. My husband had hit a plateau as well. This person suggested doing breakfast for dinner and dinner for lunch. The change worked for them. And it worked for my husband!! I totally recommend doing this!! It's simply amazing!!Doreen

It's > simply amazing!! shoot, I do that all the time! <lol> This morning I had deviled eggs for breakfast (although made with avocado, cheese and salsa, instead of mayo) and yesterday I had all-bran with extra fiber for " dinner " . Sometimes I have a low-carb tortilla with scrambled eggs - Mexican style - just a few black beans (or black soy beans), with tomatoes, peppers and cheddar) - stick in the Foreman grill and you have a breakfast quesadilla. lunch is about the only " normal " meal I have...although...(lunch can be a struggle for me, since I work with impaired high schoolers and we eat out about 2 times a week...) there is one restaurant we go to that serves a *wonderful* asparugus/portobello omelette (with hollendaise and mozarella) - so there you go...breakfast for lunch! ;-) Ellen
