Guest guest
Hi all, Sometimes we wonder about different diets, etc. Years ago I wrote an article on the Portfolio Diet, which interestingly enough, has continued to draw people to me. Although I no longer see people for nutrition counseling, I still help them in this area when contacted. I just wanted to share this email from a lady who had also contacted me about some details with the diet. Just goes to show you that people CAN take control of their health! (Now, WE know this, but I know we struggle with others 'knowing' it.)
