Guest guest
I weighed myself on Monday morning, the day I started the SBD. I just weighed myself this morning and I've lost 6 pounds! How can that be? Are carbs and sugars THAT destructive? Or do I have a faulty scale? ;-) Honestly, I'm thinking I may need to go get another one. Guest guest
- I started SBD on Saturday, and I am down a dress size. I've always fluctuated 5-7 lbs, which is exactly the difference between sizes for me. I haven't weighed myself yet, as I want to see what a full week does for me, but with all the yummy snacks, and even the desserts, I haven't felt tempted to cheat once. And not having to count points all day (I did weight watchers before, which worked, but could be time consuming) has been really nice too. So your scale may not be lying, especially if you had poor eatting habits to begin with. HTH.
