I haven't tried this recipe yet, because I resorted to the pre-made stuff

last night. It had some illegal stuff in it, but I wanted that tacos flavor

so bad. I made a salad with lots of greens as a base, topped with the warmed

meat (I made shredded chicken to season), FF shredded cheddar & FF sour

cream. Yummy! (What else do tacos need? I don't like tomatoes, but that

would be a good addition. Olives? Don't like those either . . .)

I was thinking of making a taco slad - without the taco - by browning some meat which I would season with salt pepper and a bit of garlic and then add the other ingredients. Shredded chicken also sounds good.

This has been a staple of mine since starting SBD -- it got me through some bad

craving times. One thing I've added is beans -- on phase 2, of course, but they

do fill you up and are so good for you!

I'm going to try this great seasoning recipe -- thanks!

I always eat Pintos and those aren't good until Phase2, but you're so right there are others we can have in Phase 1, and they really are good for you and fill you up too!

I like kidney and garbanzo. The kidney in the

taco salad and the garbanzo as finger food. J
