I am forwarding email re: my mis-spelling of doctors names. Hey folks, the

names may not entirely correct, but I do know for a fact that these addresses

& phone #''ers are correct. i regret any inconvience i may have caused.

All I am trying to do is extend an helping hand to the people who are

repeatedly asking for this info & I get criticized for such minute

mispellings.

The next time I want to do a good deed for the group, I may think twice b/c

of such petty emails. Give me a break!

Again, here's another email disputing a phone number. The neuro place that i

referred to is within the university of chicago. Like I stated in my email,

I used these addresses myself to obtain my opinions/treatment before I

settled on Weingart. I know that this info/scans & got to them using this

address.
