URGENT - Time estimate to approve 45 day menu - Fee? TIA

Hi All,

AN URGENT REQUEST!

Anybody experienced at approving institutional menus?

Could you tell me a bit about evaluating a cycle menu/signing off for a

facility? (Colorado based facility)

I routinely wrote and/or approved menus for LTC, drug/etoh rehab, prisons

and youth detention MANY years ago, but it's been over 16 years, at least,

since I've done so - and I think the going rate then was about $45/hour.

Can anybody give me insight as to requirements now? Time, regs,

requirements?

If it's EASY to answer, I'd love to know/learn and take on an urgent job.

somebody with recent experience rather than taking on this job myself on
