Guest guest
Heidi, Which of their many breads do you use? We have five of us eating it so we order 5 cases of thin sliced tapioca bread at a time. My youngest daughter, who doesn't remember eating regular bread, calls it "real bread" and turns her nose up at anything else. I think my son liked the corn loaf that they recently sent as a sample. The description you give doesn't describe the tapioca loaf we've been buying. Heidi Parthena White wrote: My little sillyyak absolutely LOVES Ener-G bread. And I must say, it is such a pleasure having bread that does NOT require freezing and that stays on the shelf for an extended period of time. This stuff is GREAT and we buy it by the case through a co-op. I'm always so surprised that I don't see more people swearing by their bread - it is white, very soft when toasted, and delicious. I'm so glad we found this! Heidi in MA
