Guest guest
Hi, I am new to the group and the diet! I have about 30lbs to lose and am curious how people have done once they have gotten to Phase II? I tried Atkins last year and had some initial success but then stalled about 10 days into it. I'm wondering for most of you if you have found success after leaving Phase 1? I know that low carb diets work, but found the cravings on Atkins more than I could deal with. It seemed that I could never complete Induction (the two weeks) without slipping off. Then I would start over and start over and start over. Until I just totally gave up in frustration! I lost 7 lbs the first week and have gained that back times two!!! I so want this to work, but am afraid I will not be able to do it. Just getting through the first two weeks would be a triumph!! Thanks for any advice!!
Guest guest
Welcome to you! New to the group Hi to everyone! I have heard alot about SBD and decided to try it. I asked my husband to try it with me and he supports the idea. We started today and I definitely have what seems like a long away before reaching my goal. I'm new to the Groups circuit and hoping to find ideas & support from anyone out there. I.m really excited about the SBD and am looking forward to the results at the end of the 1st Phase.JerreeVaBeach,VaReminder: The South Beach Diet is not low-carb. Nor is it low-fat.
