I can be so very mean. I think if they're rude enough to stare, then I'm going to br rude too. And I stick out my tongue at them. Actually, I ONLY do that with the kids. They think I'm playing and sometimes start following me around. With the adults, I just turn the other way and they get the picture. Sometimes they can be so rude, though.
