HI Candace and

Good golly no you sure didn't step on my toes, don't ever think that!

Thank you,! You've explained it very thoroughly.

I've also read the articles talking about using Estriol, and if it

works thats great. My thinking is that from what I know and read it's

the Estradiol 17b that can regenerate tissue, and why they use it for

atrophy, so I dunno?? As you said whatever works for you.

Estrace happened to work for me that's all I know.

I also know that Estriol is mostly prevalent and highest in pregnant

women and not in someone who is not, so it tells me it's very benign.

I agree that Progesterone is necessary and our bodies do produce it,

usually starts getting higher mid cycle till our periods start then

drops and Estradiol kicks in again. But to me it seems that our

bodies already have enough of that, so I can't see adding it

personally. Unless one is on HRT (orally) and has their uterus. Plus

I just know that the mood swings, PMS, bloat, breast tenderness, etc.

has been proven via the medical community to be increased when

Progesterone is highest.

AND... what scares me, and I've said this before, but that hugh study

that came out with over 47,000 women from the Cancer society that has

proven it was the addition of Provera (a progesten) to Premarin that

can increase a womans chances of breast cancer by up to 40%.... So

for me, I certainly don't want to add it unless it's necessary as I

said if one is on Hormone Replacement therapy and still has their

uterus.

Anyway, My .02 cents again, and thanks , believe me, you can

do that ANY TIME. *chuckle*... Dee~;)
