Last night put on two boneless chicken breasts and right at the end, opened it up and pluked on some asparagus spears. DELICIOUS! I've done steaks with a little grilled onion on there too. I make grilled salmon which I buy frozen from Schwan's, chicken breasts, steaks, pork loin chops (not as often as the others). Very handy. Just wish I had gotten the bigger one. Also for christmas I bought dh a rotissiere (for me to make food for him!). It is also Foreman. I've been using this a lot as well. I love the way it cooks chickens.
