I'm on day 2 of Phase 1. This morning I'm feeling really lightheaded

and a little dizzy, even after I've eaten my breakfast. Is this

normal in the beginning? Is dizziness a sign of low sugar or high

sugar?

Here are some things to try:

Eat smaller meals/snacks more often.

Be proactive - never let yourself get hungry.

Eat plenty of protein.

Drink plenty of water.

You can do it!
