I was going through 64 oz of Dr Pepper a day. Terri B. Well no wonder if your blood sugar is high. You would be constantly thirsty and drinking the regular Dr Pepper would just make it worse. SO glad you find you like the diet kind. Anything we like that we don't have to give up sure is a plus! lie

If that's all the higher your blood sugar was, there's no doubt this diet will totally clear things up for you. So glad you found it! I'm doing it on my doctor's recommendation too as he likes it better than purely low carb diets, and he is an endocrinologist. lie

Guest guest
I am hoping so. I don't want to be on that glucophage any longer than I have to be. I'm glad to have found it as well. How long have you been on it? One of the things that Joyce ((My nurse practictioner/doc )) told me was that it was better than Atkin's as well. I'm looking forward to starting this. Today my hubby and I went out to buy some ice and found whole turkey breast, likew the kind you would make for Thaqnksgiving, on sale for 97 cents a pound as well as Cauliflower and Broccoli for 10 pounds for 10 dollers.
